Enter your work email and choose a password. The strength meter shows red → yellow → green; aim for green. Click **Continue**. Enter your company name, your full name, and your role. Click **Create account**. You're auto-assigned the **Global Admin** role for your company since you're the first user. You can transfer this later if needed. If your company already has a TrailerCast account and a teammate sent you an invite, click the link in their email instead of signing up directly, it routes you into their workspace and skips the company-creation step. ## Your trial You start on a **7-day free trial** with full feature access. No credit card required. * All paid-plan features unlocked during the trial * A small banner at the top shows days remaining * At the end of the trial you'll be prompted to pick a plan; nothing auto-bills See [Billing](/billing) for plan details. ## Next steps The setup flow that follows is roughly 15 minutes total: The most important setup step. 5 fields. Skip at your peril. Logo, primary color, optional voice cloning for narration. Calendar, Slack, Teams, Salesforce, HubSpot. Add teammates and assign roles.
