TrailerCast is one plan with every feature included: unlimited recordings, voice cloning, the full voice and language catalogue, Decision Rooms, Champion Forwarding, custom slide backgrounds, team-scope Reports, AI personalization, and Ask Winter. Nothing is gated by tier. Plans are priced per seat and tailored to your team. Prices aren’t published in the app or on this page. To get set up, change seats, or ask anything about billing, use Settings → Billing → Contact us, or email hello@trailercast.io. You’ll usually hear back the same day.
Need SSO, an SLA, white-label, custom retention, or CRM sync? Mention it when you reach out. Enterprise add-ons are arranged directly with the team.

This opens an email to the team. Tell us roughly how many seats you need and how your team works.

We set you up

We’ll confirm the plan and send you a secure Stripe link to add a payment method. TrailerCast never sees your card.

You're live

Your workspace is upgraded as soon as the subscription is active. The Billing page shows your seats, next charge date, and status.

Managing your subscription

Settings → Billing shows your current plan, seat count, trial end or next charge date, and status.
  • Contact us is how you add or remove seats, switch billing cadence, or change anything about your plan.
  • Manage billing (shown once a payment account exists) opens the Stripe Customer Portal, where you can update your card, download past invoices, update your billing email, or cancel.

Cancellation

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; no refunds for partial periods. After cancellation:
  • Your account stays active and read-only for 30 days so you can export data
  • After 30 days, the account is auto-deleted (per our data retention policy)
To pause instead of cancel: contact support. We can hold your account for up to 90 days at no charge in special circumstances.

Refunds

We don’t offer refunds for partial billing periods, but in good-faith circumstances (accidental upgrade, immediate dissatisfaction within 24 hours) we’ll process a refund on request to support@trailercast.io.

Tax + billing geography

  • United States: state sales tax applied per Stripe Tax automation
  • Canada: GST/HST applied
  • EU + UK: VAT applied (provide your VAT number for B2B reverse charge)
  • Rest of world: contact us, we may be able to support manual invoicing

Currency

All billing is in USD. Stripe handles currency conversion at the rate of the day for non-USD cards.

Procurement / vendor onboarding

We can complete vendor onboarding forms, sign DPAs and BAAs (excluding HIPAA today, see Compliance posture), and provide W-9 / international tax forms on request. Email procurement@trailercast.io.
