Plans

All plans include every product feature, no gating of voice cloning, integrations, Buyer Spaces, etc, by tier. The differences are demo volume and seat count.

Free trial

  • 7 days, full feature access
  • No credit card required
  • 5-demo cap during the trial (not visible to you in the UI; just the limit)
  • At the end, you’ll be prompted to pick a plan; nothing auto-bills

Upgrading

Settings → Billing → Upgrade

Click the plan you want.

Stripe Checkout opens

Enter card details. Standard Stripe-hosted checkout. TrailerCast never sees your card.

You're returned to TrailerCast

Tier is upgraded immediately. A toast confirms.

Annual billing toggle

Switch between monthly and annual on the Billing page any time. Annual gets you 2 months free (effectively ~17% off). The toggle takes effect at your next renewal, if you switch from monthly to annual mid-month, you finish out the current monthly period at the monthly rate, then the annual rate kicks in.

Managing your subscription

Settings → Billing → Manage subscription opens the Stripe Customer Portal where you can:
  • Cancel
  • Change plan
  • Update card
  • Download past invoices
  • Update billing email

Cancellation

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, no refunds for partial periods. After cancellation:
  • Your account stays active and read-only for 30 days so you can export data
  • After 30 days, the account is auto-deleted (per our data retention policy)
To pause instead of cancel: contact support, we can hold your account for up to 90 days at no charge in special circumstances.

What happens if I exceed my demo limit?

Existing demos always remain accessible; only new uploads are gated.

Adding seats mid-cycle

If you invite a teammate that puts you over your seat limit:
  • Starter (1 seat): invite is blocked until you upgrade to Pro
  • Pro (per-user pricing, 3-user minimum): each new teammate adds $70/mo (or annual equivalent), pro-rated for the remainder of the billing period; you can add or remove seats any time from Settings → Billing
  • Enterprise: no seat limit
Pro-rated seats are charged immediately and credited on the next renewal.

Refunds

We don’t offer refunds for partial billing periods, but in good-faith circumstances (accidental upgrade, immediate dissatisfaction within 24 hours) we’ll process a refund on request to support@trailercast.io.

Tax + billing geography

  • United States: state sales tax applied per Stripe Tax automation
  • Canada: GST/HST applied
  • EU + UK: VAT applied (provide your VAT number for B2B reverse charge)
  • Rest of world: contact us, we may be able to support manual invoicing

Currency

All pricing in USD. Stripe handles currency conversion at the rate of the day for non-USD cards.

Procurement / vendor onboarding

Enterprise customers: we can complete vendor onboarding forms, sign DPAs and BAAs (excluding HIPAA today, see Compliance posture), and provide W-9 / international tax forms on request. Email procurement@trailercast.io.
