Inviting a teammate

Click Invite team member

Top right of the Security & Permissions page.

Enter their email + role

Pick Admin or Member. You can promote later. Global Admin is always limited to one person.

They get an email

One-click signup link that ties them into your company workspace. They land on the same setup flow but skip the company-creation step.
Invited teammates inherit your tier, you don’t need to upgrade their account separately.

Roles at a glance

Global Admin

One per company, immutable. Has every permission, can transfer the role to a teammate.

Admin

All permissions ON by default. GA can revoke individual permissions and lock them.

Member

Curated default-ON set: upload demos, send share links, leave comments.

Tier seat limits

To add more seats on Pro, just invite teammates, each adds $70/mo (or annual equivalent), pro-rated. To upgrade tiers, go to Settings → Billing.

Permissions matrix

The Security & Permissions page shows a checkbox grid of every granular permission for every teammate. Hover any row for an explanation of what that permission unlocks. Common permissions:
  • demos.upload, can upload new demos
  • demos.view_team, can see other reps’ demos
  • spaces.create, can create Buyer Spaces
  • settings.brand_edit, can change brand settings
  • team.manage, can invite + remove teammates
Global Admin can revoke a permission AND lock it, meaning the affected user’s matrix shows that row greyed-out and uneditable.

Transferring Global Admin

If you want to hand off the company to a teammate (sale, role change, vacation):

Settings → Security & Permissions → Transfer Global Admin

Button only visible if you ARE the Global Admin.

Pick the new GA from the dropdown

Must be an existing teammate.

Confirm

Transfer is immediate. You become Admin; they become GA.
Transferring Global Admin is irreversible without the new GA’s cooperation. Pick someone you trust.
