Find them at: Settings → Integrations
You only need to connect what you’ll actively use. Each integration is OAuth-based, you grant permission once and can revoke any time from the same screen.

Calendar

Google Calendar

Connect via Google OAuth. Read-only access to your event list.

Microsoft 365 Calendar

Connect via Microsoft OAuth. Read-only access to your event list.

Calendar setup

1

Click Connect

OAuth flow opens in a new tab. Sign in and grant permission.
2

Toggle auto-scheduling on

By default, the auto-scheduler looks for meetings whose title contains “demo” or “trailercast”. You can edit the keyword list.
3

Bots schedule themselves

Every 10 minutes the system polls your upcoming calendar and schedules recording bots on matching events. View scheduled bots in Calls → Upcoming.
Bots that join meetings are visible to all attendees as a participant, meetings are explicitly recorded with attendee awareness, never silently. We use Recall.ai for the bot infrastructure.

Slack

Pipes notifications to a channel of your choice when:
  • A prospect replies to a trailer or Buyer Space
  • A high-stakes Space gets viewed by a new participant
  • A teammate @mentions you in a comment
Connect via OAuth, pick the destination channel, done.

Microsoft Teams

Same as Slack but for Teams workspaces.

Salesforce / HubSpot

Sync deals + contacts so trailers and Buyer Spaces tie to opportunities in your CRM.
Both CRM integrations are in preview. Bidirectional sync (TrailerCast → CRM) is the next milestone. Today’s integration is read-mostly: pull contacts, link demos to deal records.

What gets synced

  • Contacts, pull contact records to attach to demos and Spaces
  • Deals / Opportunities, link trailers to specific deal records
  • Activity, when a prospect engages with a trailer, log it on the deal timeline

eSignature tracking (DocuSign V1)

TrailerCast doesn’t sign anything. It WATCHES contracts signed externally via DocuSign Connect, records signature events, surfaces engagement metrics on the Buyer Space Documents tab, and uses “envelope completed” as the trigger to auto-flip the Space to Won and auto-fire the Sales Handoff Brief for the implementation team.

One-time setup (admin-only)

1

Open DocuSign Admin → Connect

From your DocuSign admin console, navigate to Connect in the integrations sidebar, then Add ConfigurationCustom.
2

Paste the TrailerCast webhook URL

Go to TrailerCast → Settings → Integrations → eSignature tracking → DocuSign. Copy the webhook URL shown there (looks like https://.../api/webhooks/esign/docusign?company=<id>) and paste it into DocuSign’s URL field.
3

Configure events + authentication

  • Events to send: Envelope-Sent, Envelope-Delivered, Envelope-Completed, Envelope-Declined, Envelope-Voided, Recipient-Sent, Recipient-Delivered, Recipient-Completed.
  • Format: JSON.
  • Authentication: HMAC. DocuSign generates a secret and shows it once.
4

Paste the secret back into TrailerCast

Copy the HMAC secret from DocuSign and paste it into TrailerCast’s DocuSign HMAC secret field. Click Connect. From this point, every envelope event from your DocuSign account is verified and processed by TrailerCast.

Per-deal usage

For each deal where you want contract tracking:
  1. Open the Buyer Space → Documents tab
  2. Click Track contract at the bottom
  3. Paste the envelope ID from DocuSign (Manage → Envelope details)
  4. Optionally add a subject (auto-pulled from DocuSign once the first webhook fires)
You’ll see real-time status (Sent / Delivered / Viewed / Partially signed / Completed), per-recipient engagement, and a full event audit log. When the envelope completes, the Space auto-flips to Won and the Handoff Brief auto-fires.

Other eSignature vendors

PandaDoc, HelloSign / Dropbox Sign, and Adobe Sign are designed and on the roadmap (~2-3 days each to add against the same schema once we have a customer asking). Email us if you need one prioritized.

What’s NOT integrated yet

  • Outlook (planned)
  • Zoom Direct (planned, today’s flow uses Recall.ai which works with Zoom but isn’t a first-class native integration)
  • Outreach / Salesloft (planned)
  • PandaDoc / HelloSign / Adobe Sign for eSignature (planned, see above)
If a missing integration is a blocker, email us, these get prioritized by customer demand.
