Two ways to change what’s in a trailer after it’s been generated. Pick based on how much you’re changing.

Rebuild with different clips

Best when the AI’s selection is mostly right but you want to swap one or two moments.
1

Click Rebuild with different clips

Action button under the video on the trailer review page.
2

Toggle moments

The modal shows every detected moment as a checkbox, both the ones the AI included and ones it considered but rejected. Toggle them on or off. Each moment card explains itself: a “Why this clip” line (the AI’s rationale for the pick), an impact score (0–100, its judgment of how persuasive the moment is to someone who wasn’t on the call), and a DEAL MOMENT chip on exchanges like a handled objection, pricing math landing, or a buying signal. Hover the duration chip to see why the clip runs the length it does.
3

Submit

The trailer recomposes in 1–3 minutes. You’ll see a progress panel where the player was.
4

Done

The new trailer replaces the old one at the same URL, any share link you’ve already sent updates automatically.
Rebuild is non-destructive on the video file, you’re just swapping which moments get composed. The original transcript, deal brief, and engagement data stay attached.

Build your own trailer (custom clips)

Best when you want a fully bespoke cut, different intro, different feature emphasis, A/B test variant.
1

Click Build your own trailer

Action button under the video.
2

Pick exact start/end timestamps

The modal lets you scrub the source recording and add up to 12 clips with hand-picked in/out points.Limits: each clip runs 5 seconds to 5 minutes, and the whole trailer caps at 30 minutes of selected content. The builder tells you which limit you’ve hit as you add clips — and if an AI-suggested moment runs past the per-clip cap, it’s trimmed to fit with a notice.
3

Optional: add a custom narration prompt

“Open with the energy problem, then walk through the integration features, close on pricing.”, guides the AI in stitching narration between clips.
4

Submit

The AI composes them into a trailer with narration that ties them together. ~2-4 minutes.
5

Lands as a NEW demo

The custom trailer doesn’t replace the original, it’s a new demo row, so you can A/B test different cuts side-by-side.

When to use which

Editing narration text directly

Not yet supported. Today the path to changing narration is:
  1. Edit the moment’s feature/benefit text in your AI Personalization context, OR
  2. Use Build your own trailer with a custom narration prompt
Direct narration text editing is on the roadmap.

Re-running the AI summary / deal brief

Re-running the AI after a rebuild is automatic, the new trailer’s deal brief regenerates with the new moment set. No separate action needed.

Reverting a rebuild

There’s no explicit revert today. If you rebuilt and don’t like the result, you can:
  1. Rebuild again with the original moment selection
  2. Or contact support, we can restore from the previous trailer file if you reach out within a few days
