The Calls phase is your inbox for every recording. Three sub-views (All / Upcoming / Completed) and three recording kinds (Demo / Qualifying Call / Meeting).

The Calls inbox

Calls in the left nav. Three sub-views:
ViewWhat’s in it
AllEverything
UpcomingBots scheduled but not yet recorded
CompletedDone, processed, ready to review
A pill switcher at the top lets you filter by recording kind: All / Demo / Qualifying Call / Meeting. Each card shows: kind chip · prospect name (if known) · duration · date · status. Hover to scrub a thumbnail preview.

Upcoming calls

Bots scheduled by your calendar integration land here. Default view is List (toggle to Calendar if you prefer).

Actions on an upcoming bot

Open the kebab menu (⋯) on any upcoming row:

Reclassify

Change the recording kind (Demo / Qualifying / Meeting) before the meeting starts. Determines which pipeline runs.

Don't record

Cancels the bot before the meeting. Available to bot owner + Global Admin.

Mark private

Flags the recording so only the owner + Global Admin can see it once it processes. Available to Global Admin only.
Reclassifying BEFORE the meeting saves time, picking the right kind upfront means the right pipeline runs. Reclassifying AFTER works too but re-processes the recording.

Call detail page

Click any completed call to drill into a detail page that mirrors the trailer review page but adapted for calls.

Layout

  • Wide video player on the left
  • Color-coded topic chapter strip directly under (from the AI’s topic extraction)
  • Talk-time visualization (who spoke when)
  • Right rail tabs: Summary · Topics · Transcript · Comments · Ask Winter

Tabs

For qualifying calls: structured breakdown, pain points, decision criteria, qualification verdict, next steps. For meetings: generic key takeaways + action items.

Keyboard shortcuts

Same as the trailer review page. [ and ] to jump between topic chapters.

Reclassifying a call

Sometimes the auto-classification is wrong (a “demo” that turned out to be discovery, a “meeting” that was actually a qualifying call). Fix it:
1

Open the call detail page

From the Calls inbox.
2

Open the kebab menu (⋯)

Top right of the detail.
3

Pick Reclassify

Choose the correct kind.
4

The call moves into that bucket

And re-processes through the appropriate pipeline (so a meeting reclassified as a qualifying call gets the qualification verdict, etc.).

Don’t record / Mark private

Don’t record (on Upcoming bots)

Cancels the bot, the meeting still happens, it just doesn’t get recorded. Available to the bot owner and Global Admin.

Mark private (on completed recordings)

Hides the recording from everyone except the owner and the Global Admin. Useful for sensitive conversations (HR, legal, internal strategy). A private recording is invisible in:
  • The Calls inbox (for non-owners)
  • The Library
  • Universal search results
  • Any team-level reports
The owner and Global Admin always see it.
Mark private is Global Admin only. Admins and Members can’t flag a recording as private, by design.

The three recording kinds explained

KindPipelineWhat you get
DemoFullTrailer + transcript + moments + summary + deal brief
Qualifying CallLiteTranscript + topic-extracted summary, no trailer (turn into Buyer Space)
MeetingGenericTranscript + key takeaways + action items, no trailer
Pick the right kind at scheduling time when possible, saves a reclassify step later.

What’s NOT in Calls

Calls is for anything recorded by a bot or uploaded as a recording. It’s NOT:
  • Your CRM activity log (that lives elsewhere if you’ve integrated)
  • A list of upcoming meetings without bots scheduled (those live in your calendar tool)
  • A list of email threads (those are in Conversations)
