Most common cause: the audio file is corrupt or near-silent. Re-export from your source tool with a clear audio track. If the issue persists, contact support with the demo ID.

Check Calls → Upcoming, was the bot scheduled at all?
- No bot scheduled: the meeting title likely didn’t match your filter rules. Edit the rules in Settings → Integrations or schedule the bot manually.
- Bot scheduled but didn’t join: most common cause is the meeting URL changed after the bot was scheduled. Always re-paste the URL if your meeting tool generated a new one.

Updates take effect on the next AI call. If you saved changes and re-ran a feature within a few seconds, the cache might still be busting. Try again 30 seconds later.To verify: open Ask Winter and ask “what’s my company description?”, if it returns your latest text, the form is active.

Known edge case if the bot has already joined the meeting (Recall.ai locks cancellation once a meeting is in progress).Workarounds:
- Ask the bot to leave from within the meeting itself (right-click → kick participant)
- Wait for the meeting to end and delete the resulting recording
- As Global Admin: mark the recording private so it’s not visible to your team

Means the AI didn’t find any high-confidence highlights. Common causes:
- Recording was very short (under 5 minutes)
- Mostly slides without verbal narration
- Audio quality was poor (heavy compression, muted, lots of background noise)
- Mostly small-talk with no actual product demonstration

Most common cause: required fields missing. Each section has required fields (e.g. Discovery requires at least one pain point). Look for red error highlights in the editor.Less common: the slug you chose is already taken across all of TrailerCast. Pick a more specific slug.

- Card declined (most common, try a different card)
- Browser blocking the Stripe domain (check ad blocker)
- Payment requires 3D Secure verification you didn’t complete (re-do checkout, watch for the verification popup)
